With two months remaining until the second edition of the ERC BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia, registration for this year’s rally has opened. The third round of the FIA ERC will be held from June 13th to 15th with Karlstad as the base.
The FIA ERC continues its strong development, and a field of absolute world-class drivers is expected in Värmland when the BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia hosts this year’s third ERC-round. A large number of Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish drivers are expected to participate in this summer’s rally festivities. For example, Swedish juniors Calle Carlberg and Mille Johansson have presented their efforts in the Junior ERC, while Norwegian top drivers Mads Østberg and Frank Tore Larsen are also returning to Sweden in June. More strong local names will be announced during the spring.
Today, registration has opened, and more information for participants can be found in the Supplementary Regulations, which are now published.
Rally Legends was a success last year, with the entire Solberg family on the starting line in various cars. This year, Rally Legends will evolve and consist of three classes: Exhibition Class, Appendix K 2WD, and Appendix K 4WD, where competitors will drive all stages on Friday and Saturday.
An expression of interest for Rally Legends has opened, where the organizer will select freely with the aim of filling the starting field with both legendary drivers and legendary cars.

“We are really looking forward to the second edition of the new ERC rally in Värmland, as the interest in participating in ERC seems to be increasing both internationally and nationally. Our commitment to Rally Legends will provide great entertainment for the audience and open up the opportunity for more fortunate drivers to experience our roads and the public festival around them,” says Glenn Olsson, CEO of BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia.
“As we now look at the starting field in this weekend’s first ERC event in Hungary, I am really looking forward to our event. The interest in ERC is increasing, and with up to 15 drivers who can win the race, it will be a tough battle in the forests of Värmland. It’s great that this year we’ve also got the M-Sport Fiesta Rally3 Trophy for our event,” says Stig Rune Kjernsli, CoC of BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia.
