The Swede has signed for Tagai Racing Technology – the team which has previously prepared cars for stars including Mads \u00d8stberg – and will drive a Citro\u00ebn C3 Rally2 for the Hungarian outfit. Fellow countryman Andreas Johansson will once again call the pace notes.<\/p>\n

Kristensson, 31, used the ERC as a launchpad at the beginning of his career. After finishing runner-up in the 2018 Junior ERC, he graduated to the FIA Junior WRC, which he won in 2020. That success ultimately led to a factory supported WRC2 drive with M-Sport Ford in 2021.<\/p>\n

He returned to the ERC for a part-programme last season, making his debut in the championship\u2019s top category with a Hyundai i20. Success was immediate and he finished second overall at ORLEN Rally Poland whilst also clinching the title in the Polish national series.<\/p>\n
